SFDM Changing Worklist Display

In the SFDM documentation, it notes that you can changes the fields being displayed in the Worklist table but it doesn't state how.  Not matter what authority I use, I can only see the worklist profile details in display mode only - Change is greyed out.  Does anyone know how I add fields to the worklist table?
