How to make Attribute 3 (KNA1/KATR3) a mandatory field for a specific account group

Hi everyone, Issue resolved

BADI: CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA

Method: CHECK_ALL_DATA

While saving, this method will be hit. We need to check for KNA1-KTOKD = ‘XXXX’, if yes, then check if KNA1-KATR3 is blank.

If it is blank, then display the error message ‘Attribute 3 has to be maintained for XXXX in Additional Data’

I do not see this field in settings of OBD2....Think you need to go for enhancement...

Thanks for the reply Vijay.. Yes I too checked in OBD2 before posting here.. is there any user exit for this or can we do it through SHD0..what do you exactly mean by enhancement, like in what way we can do this?
