Hello Everyone,
I am facing a problem in SRM System, Employee organisation structure maintained in HR System but which is not updated in SRM System.
Even after PFAL it is not updated.
Anyone suggest me how can i solve this problem?
Hi Namita,
SAP SRM has provided a standard report HRALXSYNC in order to synchronize business partner of the person with business partner of the organization unit.
To reslove this issue follow the steps below:
1) Log in to SRM system
2) Go to SA38 and execute the report HRALXSYNC
You can also go through the follwing links for more information:

Thanks,

HI Namita
Please check as below :
If you are looking for the changes to flow you may want to set the below :
Also please elaborate on your issue
1.Is it user specific /Org specific
2. Was it working previously ?
3. check the user is correctly integrated
4. Check for any failed IDOcs in the HR / SRM side
5. Use report BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE or HRALXSYNC
After the initial setup of the organization model, you have to distribute the changes. Changes may happen any time in HR System. Considering the volume and sensitive nature of the data in HR Organization, it is required to ensure that HR-SRM interface distribute only the changes from HR to SRM.
This is done by scheduling the job for change pointers in SRM. Every change creates a change pointer in HR. Change pointer report RBDMIDOC then collects all these change pointers and creates IDOCS that will distribute these changes to the relevant systems.
