Hi Dhanasekar,

Not sure what you are looking for but SRM workflows can work with following two options:

1) Option-1: based on SRM org structure where the organisation structure is maintained which guides workflow based on reporting structure e.g. line manager of user (agent). This is the most common and standard way of handling workflows in SRM and work very smoothly. SRM organisation structure can be created and maintained manually directly in SRM.

2) Option-2: Workflow will work based on SRM org structure but this structure can be replicated from ECC. If this is getting replicated from ECC, we save maintenance efforts because we just need to maintain HR structure in ECC and it will be replicated in SRM by using batch job (Tcode PFAL).

The drawback of using replication option is that there would be dependency on HR to maintain their structure in real time, which in my experience has created more noise in procurement where business does not understand why purchasing transactions are erroring because of HR changes. If you think that HR is well above on all organisation changes in the real time then only opt for this option.
