Hello Luis del Castillo Puig Glass,
What SAP GUI for Windows client are running? Is it 7.30 or 7.40.
Just as an off chance you are still running SAP GUI 7.30. There are a number of requirements to be met prior to displaying input history. One of them is you must be running patch 5 for SAP GUI 7.30 client. Check out SAP Note 199527 - Input History for SAP GUI for Windows.
Cheers,
Dan Mead

Have you verified MDAC? Since MDAC 2.6, MDAC and MSJET are shipped separately, as described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 271908.
If you try to repair the MDAC installation in accordance with SAP Note 931540 and the history is still not displayed: SAP Note 1176026 contains a small test program to generate an access DB on your PC. If this also fails, SAP recommends you contact Microsoft Support.
Cheers,
Dan Mead
