When i create a new customer XD01, the transportation zone in Sales area data is frozen and not allowing to enter any trsnp zone and as a result not able to determine a route. What can i do about it. Checked the account group, in that the transp zone is required entry. Still wont allow

Hi Syed,
You need to add transportation zone in General Data> Street address> Transportation zone field. This copies over to transportation zone in sales area data.
