Agent and hunt group greetings for voicemail have disappeared after upgrade to SAP Contact Center 18.104.22.168
Was just wondering if anyone had come across a problem whereby the personal greetings recorded by Agents (and for hunt groups) have disappeared following SP07 installation to SAP Contact Center. All of our Agents' personal greetings have been replaced by a single 'ping' and they have all to re-record their personal voicemail greetings.
Is this a known issue when upgrading to SP07 and, if so, can anyone advise on how best to reinstate the original recordings (assuming this is even possible)?
We upgraded from BCM 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199.
