SXI_CACHE Cache Refresh Error

Dear experts ,

When i am refreshing SAP PI system cache using tcode SXI_CACHE  that time I am getting some error .

Error is this .

@8O@	Unable to refresh cache contents

@8O@	Error during last attempt to refresh cache

INTERNAL_ERROR

HTTP response does not contain a valid XML root tag

Hello,

Check the notes:
1) 1700285 Cache refresh fails with error: begin of unexpected element "script"!
2) 1894606 HTTP errors in sxi_cache

Let us know the results of your findings. Please also state the release your PI is on.

check the HTTP Connection INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI and try a test connection of this. It should return HTTP Code : 500
you can also check these properties in the Exchange Profile page:
http://<host:port>/exchangeProfile
