Hello Experts,

After creating the SCM SPP Supersession chain for 1:N replacement type functionality. While executing the SPP DRP, it should create a substitution order, but its not getting created. Any idea. Points will be rewarded.

Hi, Just a guess, but maybe you did not determine the dates of the supersession chain?
Also make sure you assigned the chains to the model.

The requirement is to execute supersession (1: N) for
DRP. When the predecessor has excess stock and there is a shortage in two
successor products, after DRP run a substitution order have to created. But it
is not creating a substitution order. I see the same settings working for 1: 1
supersession. For 1:1 replacement type, while executing DRP, it creates the substitution order, but for 1:N replacment type it is failing..The supersession is executing correctly and the
dates are getting populated in the supersession master for both 1:1 & 1:N replacement types

Hi Ginni,

I believe DRP considers only 1:1 chains for planning.

Check this link.
