The communication channels in ATP are not starting automatically

Dear Experts,

We have been configured some communication channels in ATP(Availability time planning) from 06:30AM to 08:00PM. Some times the channels are not starting automatically. We have to click on Change and save in ATP manually. Then only channels are starting. Please help on this.

Please make sure channels are in automatic mode and not manual.

Did you try deleting and recreating the schedule?

which version of PI are you using?
