Hi Arvind,
First, you need to check if the CRM is installed successfully. As Rakesh mentioned, you need to check the system status. You can click on "system"-> "status". I attach a screenshot for you.
Secondly, if the CRM system is installed successfully, you would need to look at the following notes
which explain how to regenerate the IMG:
130688 - Project IMG must be regenerated after an upgrade
42272 - IMG problems after upgrade
690652 - Customizing notes are missing after an upgrade
