How to find "size on Disk" information for tables in HANA using query?

Hi

I need to find sizes of tables in HANA, i am looking for size on disk?

I am need to do this for few tables, can it be done using a query? Also many of these tables might not be loaded in memory .

Hello Dhundiraj,

You can find the size on disk for table from colume disk_size of M_TABLE_PERSISTENCE_STATISTICS. (M_TABLE_PERSISTENCE_STATISTICS - SAP HANA SQL and System Views Reference - SAP Library)

As a quick way, you can also find the table size from HANA studio -> administration editor -> System Information -> Size of Tables on Disk.
