Hi
I am not able to "READ SYSTEM DATA REMOTE" from the tx. SMSY, whenever i do click on READ SYSTEM DATA REMOTE, it has been ended with error after the logon screen " THE SLD SERVER CONNECTION IS INACTIVE".
since long time it was perfectly working, i have been configured the Service Desk, Maintenance Optimizer and also I have been install ST patch 11 on Solution Manager. it was quite fine working but suddenly since yesterday, i have only problem that i cannot read data from the satellite.
I have check all pre-requistes, tx, sldapicust, smsy_setup, i removed everything from the expert setting excep the sld/active but not affect.
I can viist to http://hostname:50100/sld but i found the message also there, "System Landscape Directory is not accessible",
SLDCHECK having error of RFC and Connection to SLD does not work, but i never touch the setting, and i dunno remember the RFC connection Setting. and dunno the reasons of SLD does not work.
Please advise us asap.
