Hi,

Does anyone know what is the authorization object controlling the Scope Assignment Block in Change Request?

If I give SAP_ALL to my iser id then I get the Insert button, If I take that out then it's gone !!

Regards,

Vivek

Hi.

It seems to me that auth. object SM_Field is used to control this.

PR_TYPE is for transaction type (SMCR) and UI_OBJECT is "SCOPE".

Artem

Hi Artem,

Thanks a lot. That was the Auth Object I was looking for. Now I have assigned SM_FIELD and UI_OBJECT as "SCOPE" , now I see the insert button.

Thanks a lot for your help !! greatly appreciated

Regards,

Vivek

Hi Vivek,

did you check the adjustment of UI object SCOPE by user status? See SPRO: Change Control Management - Chaneg Request Management Framework - Adjust UI objects by User status.

Hi Tina,

Yes, It's already defined. That is the reason I can see the Insert button If I have SAP_ALL and can not, If I take SAP_ALL out from my user authorization. It is purely auth. object that I am searching for.

Vivek
