sales order doubt

Hi gurus,once I had faced a question about the following

sales order is raised is raised for 3 items, and as for the so delivery happened.but at the time of billing pricing appears only for two items. why ?

Kindly send me the inputs, for the above. Thanks and regards.

Possible reasons may be Pricing Condition not maintained in VK 11.

Hi Ravisankar,

As Rajesh and Simu have pointed out go to Delivery Doc (VL02N) - go to item - processing and check whether the PGI - Status is A or C. If A then complete all activities relates to SHipping (Picking, Confirm TO and then do PGI). Then Try to do billing.

Hi,

First look at the sales order if its complete, check the incompletion log. If its complete, then check the document flow for that particlar line itm.

FI PGI is happened properly or nor, if that is also done, then the line item should appear.

These are the 2 places to be checked.

It have been correctly pointed that you need to check your delivery document & PGI. Pricing will not have a role in it.

Check the PGI status of the 3rd item.if the status is not completed you need to PGI the material and then process the delivery doc for invoice.
