Hello experts,
Resonantly I noticed that I can't assign any Projects to a ZMCR-Ticket. If I create a new ZMCR-Ticket and search for Projects to assign the result is NULL
It use to work and as you can see in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN I have a few Projects created.
I guess I have this problem since I activated the Categorization Schemas in our System for ZMCR.
Can anyone help me?
BR,
Binu
Hi Binu,
you must check the activity of the project in the table /TMWFLOW/PROJMAP in SE16.
The status of the project must be active. Then you can find the project in the search of RFC.
When you wan´t to active it – you must copy the number from Project in the Table /TMWFLOW/PROJMAP - Tasklist.
After that is it possible to change the status in the table into active.
Then you can find the project in RFC.

Beate

Hello Binu,
If your search don't brought anything, check if you have any project with CHARM active.
Thanks,

Hello Binu,
Use the F4 Help in the Project ID-Field in Object S_PROJECT. It will Show you all Projects within solar_project_admin.
Are your Projects maybe iBase dependend and you have Chosen the wrong iBase within the ZMCR?
Is ChaRM active in the Project? Task list created? Maintenenace cycle dependend/defined?

Robert

Hi.
For checking this issue - try to insert your project number directly in the "Project" field in ZMCR (not using search) and press Enter.
What error message will you get?
P.S. This problem has really no relation with categorization...

Hi Binu,
to my mind this has nothing to do with Categorization Schema.
Ist more depending on Authorizations.
Please check the Authorization Object S_PROJECT within the users functional role.
The Value for the Activity (ACTVT) should be "Assign" and "Display" and in the Project ID Field (PROJ_ID) enter the Projects on which you want to Focus on.
Hope it helps,
Robert

Hi,
If it is an authorization issue (which I doubt), then SU53 should show the corresponding failures.
Please check/confirm the following (all within SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN)
- Change Management is activated within the projects
- The Task List Variant is SAP0
- A Task List is created, available, not locked
- A Change Cycle is created, available, not locked
Please enter the Project ID (you find it in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN, the very first field on top) directly.
Pls. try with multiple different projects (if possible, projects setup differently, e.g. Implementation and Maintenance Projects).
If you receive an error, please post the error (including available long texts!)
Regards,
Jan
