Problem with standard SAP ASN-Delivery documents-Few Customers

Hi Experts,

We have implemented the standard configuraiton process for SAP SD-creating delivery documents-ASNs advanced shipping notifications which is working fine. But,

we found that, For few customers output type is not triggering after PGI though Batch job. For this issue, we are doing manully which is not good practice in production.

We have defined the scheduled batch job for auto processing PGI. and most of the time this standard functionality  abosolutely working fine.

Below steps which we implemented for to triggering output type.[AFTER PGI]

We have defined condition record with combination delivery type and shipping point.

Patner profiles outboud parameters maintaned for creating IDOC's and its working fine.

We suspect that there could be some additional configuration is missing in Condition record-which we have defined through batch job.

Can some one advise the solution what could be the reason for this ?

For whichever deliveries, output is not triggered, go to VL02N and check the "Determination Analysis" where system would show as to why the said output was not fetched.

thank you for your information.

VL02N Screen shot:

We can see the output type - ZD01 in VL02N but not processed (with Yellow light) attached screenshot.

Determination Analysis:

Determination Analysis showing output type was updated from the condition record. -attached screenshot.

Please ref and advise..
