upload/download file in to PI(Single stack) App Server

How to upload/download a file in to PI Single Stack Application server like SXDA_TOOLS t-code in dual stack.

As far as I know, for Single stack there is no standard upload file mechanism option. However, you can download with Harish suggested blog feature
