Not able to get the data in COSB Table

Hi Colleagues,

I have created a Project and assign the WBS number to a Sales order and also have done all the settings in Result Analysis.

But still not able to get the data in COSB table.

Could you please suggest me the steps and process, Might be i have missed something..

Hi Nitin,

I assume that you are building certain logic and testing that and you are not able to get values in COSB table.

Try to book some actual cost the network activity for WBS for which you are running RA.Do the sales order billing.

Use proper RA key.I will suggest 000007.There are lot of threads on that.

Run CNE1 .

Run KKA2.

CJ88.

Please try and see if you get some values in COSB table.

Profit basis E can only be used with a sales order

You have RA configuration errors.  Make sure you are using the standard defined RA keys.  Expert mode takes an expert.

What key are you using?

also, check HELP.SAP.COM for Results Analysis, there is a lot of good information there.

Hi Ken,

I am using 000004 (Results Analysis (for Sales Orders) Key.

I have already checked with Help.SAP.COM but still not able to resolve the issue.

Please suggest me :- Should i need to Assign the E category to the Sales Order as mentioned in above error if yes?

Please let me know the process where i have to define this E category.

You can't use that method on a WBS.  Pick another method.  What are your requirements?

Hi Ken,

I have below mentioned requirement

COSB will show value by object number and need to pass the object number to PRPS table to find the corresponding WBS element and then pass the WBS element to VBAP table to find the corresponding SO line item.

Please let me know as Functional prospect what I have to do to bring this values in COSB table.
