Problem With a user

I have a problem in SAP in which the User is below logging several times and causing a system slowdown . Generating a stop this week . The same already opened more sessions. Has anyone had this problem?

1834381 - "HTTP plug-in sessions for sapsys are not closed"

Hi,

Could you patch your existing kernel with the latest available and refer SAP Note   814162 - Sessions of the plug-in HTTP type are not closed

Do you have single system or app servers as well.

Is the load balance configured.

check SM50, SM66 which server is getting overload.

AL08 which server has too many users logged on.

Any jobs running.

anyone extracting / loadind data.

check CPU/Memory utilization.

check the database server CPU/Memory and disk IO.
