Hi Experts,
In WebI after running the report in prompt setting LOV are displaying in proper order.
Can any one guide me how to adjust them to ascending or Descending order.

The suggestion from Ravi Shankar would apply for all the objects in the universe. If you'd like to change the sort behavior of individual objects, you will need to create custom List of Values and associate them with the objects of interest.

Check the FORCE_SORTED_LOV parameter of the universe from NO to Yes in Universe parameters.
