Hi All,
We are implementing GRC 10 ARM where we plan to create templates for different business functions / tasks. Users will raise access requests by selecting one of the appropriate templates.
Now we have a requirement to generate below reports:
I checked multiple option but don't find any such report to get above information. Need help to understand if above reports can be generated.
Also what to understand if there is any mass update option for role addition or deletion from multiple access request templates or creation of templates.
Thanks & Regards,
Piyush.
Anyone using template based access request, how do you build the templates? Or how do you manage them?

Dear Piyush,
access request templates are just a "helper" for the creation of access requests. So actually the request itself is similar than when you create without the help of templates. Hence there is no identifier to get a list of requests created by templates.
In the Reports & Analytics workcenter is a report "Requests by Roles and Role Assignment Approvers" where you can search for requested roles. Always be aware that eventhough a template with role assignments was used, it can be changed upon submission.
Does this help and answer your question?
Best regards,
Alessandro
Piyush,
Request templates are configured in the IMG
GRC> Access Control> User Provisioning> Maintain End User Personalization
It is way too much to explain adequately here; the topic is covered in the GRC300 training course. If you are going to be creating EUP templates, I strongly recommend training, or at least learning it from someone who has had the training.

Hi All,
Can anyone help me with the above reports? Need to understand if above requirements can be met via any standard report or any customization is available?
Regards,
Piyush.
