It looks like a networking issue.
Could you please take the following diagnostic steps again the problematic machine?
Below is the typical way to troubleshoot connection issue to b1i/b1a/xapp servers for 9.1
1. Open <b1 install path>\conf\b1-log4net.xml
2. Change <level value="INFO"/> to <level value="ALL"/>, save and exit
3. Login b1 client
4. Open log file %AppData%\SAP\BusinessOne\Logs\client.log to find error messages if any
5. Openfiddler
6. Perform some actions, (e.g. open dashboard, b1i package form#)
7. Observe the session records captured by fiddler, compare them with the one in log file
PS:
1. make sure the XS engine works well. check https://<xs server name/ip address>:<port>/sap/sbo/docs/
2. make sure the machine you are running b1 client can connect to the XS engine server (e.g. ping <xs server name/ip address> works fine)
3. make sure the XApp entry is correctly recorded in SLD (e.g. https://<sld:40000>/ControlCenter/) .

but in the SAP i continue with the same problem,
i don't have fiori and dashboard working,

We have another type of issue with pervasive analitics.
When user works in russian localisation: In the main PA cockpit, created (and system) dashboards (and advanced dashboards) are not visible. But at window where you check it to add to the main screen they are exist. Thus if you want to modify existing dashboard you have to create new.. so sad.
We`d found the only one solution - to change B1 language from russian to UK
We use B1 v.9.1 PL 07 64bit client on HANA w/russian loc.

Did you initialized the company from Enablement. If you didn't go to SAP Control Center--> Services--> Enablement.
And Initialize the company on which you want to start the Pervasive Analysis.

I did a clean install of SAP HANA directly on the physical server FJ-TX300 S7 with 64 GB RAM with the latest version of the operating system SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP3 3.0.101-0.35-default (c36987d) x86_64 GNU / Linux released from FJ Germany.
HANA DB version 1.00.85.03.400544 (NewDB100_REL) SAP HANA Studio Version 2.0.15 SAP HANA Client version 9.1 (9.10.150) PL: 05 (32-bit) database / company demo coming from the standard.

- when I start the client SAP cockpits flowers are not displayed and remains loading;
- I tried to access the cockpit via browser but returns the error above and do not load the cockpit.

To use functions provided by SAP Business One analytics powered by SAP HANA in your SAP Business One companies (for example, enterprise search, SAP HANA models, real-time dashboards, interactive analysis, and SAP Crystal Reports), you need to initialize or update company databases in the Administration Console
If you haven't done it so:
1 - In a web browser, navigate to the following URL:
https://<Server_Address>:<Port>/Enablement
2 - In the logon page, enter the site user name (B1SiteUser) and password, and choose the Log On button. The Administration Console homepage appears.
3 - Click on Companies (left side menu)
4 - Select the company on the main frame
5 - Click on Initialize.
For further details, please check chapter 7.3 of SAP Business One Administrator’s Guide, version for SAP HANA.

Check You have authorizations for the query manager. To grant authorizations for the query manager to users, from the SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA Main Menu, choose Administration → System Initialization → Authorizations → General Authorizations. In the Authorizations window, select the user for whom you want to set authorizations, and select Full Authorization in Query Manager under Reports.
