Hi Friends,

We have requirement where we need to integrate smart card reader with our SAP ERP system.

Basically it is a national ID card of customers and when they visits us we will swipe the card and information such as name mobile no etc.. should come in SAP ERP system.

Kindly let us know how we can integrate this with SAP.

We are having SAP ECC6 EHP4 with Oracle db on windows 2008 ent.

Thanks

Hello Abdul,

The supported interface is Secure Store and Forward (SSF) which uses the digital client signature. Refer to this link : http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwsso20/helpdata/en/ab/60ffc99a704f7d8234fd11479e3f7b/content.htm?frames...

Thanks and regards,

Hi Tabrayz ,

Hope you are doing good.
Nice to hear from you again.

You will have to use a 3rd party provider for this.
Please see:

Therefore, for further information on this, please contact the SAP ICC (Integration and Certification Center) or your local SAP subsidiary.

Several options are there.
The best place to check will be the below as they are the registered ones:

Hi,

in GDG Crypt we have a SSF certified solution that is compatible with every smartcard MSCAPI compliant. Then digital signature is performed into the smartcard but acting with BC-SEC-SSF interface. We invite you to test it, please contact us ( info@gdgcrypt.com )  if you're interested.

Best regards.
