View Data Error in Information Steward

Hi,

i'm facing an error in information steward when try to view data for any table

Error:

error: The document is not a ViewDataReply@http://www.sap.com/DataServices/ViewDataXSD: multiple document elements

any idea what could be the reason for this error? IS version 4.0 SP03
