DEV_CCMSPING file keep on increasing

Hi All,

DEV_CCMSPING file keep on increasing and reached 3GB file size.Please find the error message below. shall we delete those file?Please confirm.

Dear Manikam,

do you require the CCMSPING? If you do not need it, then please stop it.

If with CCMSPING you are monitoring availability of the systems, then please check the first entries in ccmsping.log file, how it was started and what is the release of CCMSPING? Was is started correctly?

Hi,

Could you check SAP Note   1453112 - CCMS agent and kernel patches

and try to patch existing kernel with latest available.
