Side Effects report is not showing the latest Support Packs in the target.

Hi Guys,

I would like to request a "Side Effects" report in the Marketplace but I saw that in the target is not showing me the latests support package for all the components as is presented in the image below. Is this normal or do I have to do something to fix this? Also, a couple of them it says "Highest support package already applied" and I didn't applied yet the highest SP of those components in the system.

Someone knows why is this happening?

Hi Carlos ,

Not sure why this is happening  for sure . But try the following Note

Synchronize with SAP Support Portal - SAP Solution Manager - SAP Library


But the recommendation is to Use the MOPZ to generate the side effect report as detailed in the screen shot you have posted
