Difference Between Technical and Business role in SAP Fiori

Could you kindly share the difference between Technical role and Business role relates to SAP FIORI apps .

hi Manvitha,

User sees the tiles on Launchpad from the Business catalog role.

Like employee will not see the manager apps if only employee business catalog role is assigned.

Users can search tiles from catalog and add to the Launchpad if technical roles are assigned.
