Only the person who you marked as helpful can see,not you !!

Yes. You can see it. Go to Adiram's profile and click on the reputation tab.

yes, we can check the awarded points by checking the profile of that person in reputation tab.

Appraisal template standard buttons not working via ESS/MSS
has already been answered & marked correct answer also by you.
Marking own answer as correct will not add points into your account.
You did the same in your discussion. You have marked your own answer as correct.
You have marked a helpful answer to Adiram and points has been already assigned to his profile.
Try to open your query in new browser tab,hope you'll be able to award points to the contributors.If still issue persists follow SCN doc at
