Hi,

I want to understand in details the set up and the std events tracked and traced with order to cash process.

Also with reference to site execution and monitoring any pointers as how EM can be set up

Order to cash typically covers:

1. Quote - Create, Converted, Expired
2. Sales Order - Create, Delivery Block On / Off, Incomplete / Complete, CR Block On / Off, Ready for fulfillment
3. Outbound Delivery - Create, Pick, Pack, PGI / Reversed
4. PO - Create, POA
   1. Inbound Delivery - Create, Received
   2. Inbound Invoice - Create, Paid
5. Invoice - Create, Payment

Very Helpful document.

Where is the step E11C, on page 2 I can only see steps till E11B but I am not able to find  E11C.

Can you please help me with the answer?

Can you elaborate what you mean site execution and monitoring? Did you mean Plant sites or Real estate sites?
