Hello!
I have a problem with the configuration of the message splitter. After entering the "Sender-Party" and confirming the input with "Search Services" I am not able to enter/choose the "Sender-Service" because the "Search Channels" button is inactive:
Does anyone know which settings I could check?
Thank you very much in advance!
Best regards
Christian
Try another web browser. I had the very same issue with IE11, works excellent with Google Chrome!

Hi Lars,
thanks for your reply! It's really strange!
When using IE 9 the system finds absolutely nothing. If i try to configure it with Firefox 32.0.2 and Crome 40.0.2214.111 I am able to choose
- Sender-Party
- Sender-Service
- Channel
but the system doesn't find the corresponding Sender Agreement.
In the past I also had a problem with the NWA in all IE versions...

Christian
Hi Christian,
Do any other interfaces use Seeburger?
Please refer to below thread and see if it helps

Hi Sriram,
due to the system status -> mappings the selected mapping is available:
If I am trying to add a new splitter entry the following screen appears:
Is it a normal behaviour that all fields from the Sender Agreement have an ERROR entry? Normally such fields are empty until anything is selected.

Christian
Hi Christian,
I can see that the mapping tab shows to be in error. Can you verify the same and re add the same in the config?

Hi Christian,
Please confirm if you have defined a service for the defined party and activated it before?
