SAP GUI screen buttons doesnt work on Portal

Hi,

I have configured SAP ECC Transaction to Portal through SSO using SAP GUI for HTML.

While testing it on the Portal in latest browser IE10 and IE11 with compatibility mode on, it just loads the screen from remote.

But while clicking on any button(like date selection) to provide input for transaction, screen goes on loading for a long without any error.

The same works in the Same Browser version, where the portal is hosted.

So, please let me know if you have any suggestion to correct this.

Is this scenario working in other browsers other than iE such as chrome & firefox?

Hi  Ravi ,

What is the version of your portal system .

Can you make sure that the explorer does not contain any uncessary addons .

Please take a look at the following SAP Note

It is 7.02 SP15.

The functionality works while testing on the System ,where it is installed.

But not from remote access, even though it doesn't has any add-ons.

When I test the same in Mozilla Browser in the same format. I see the below Error Pop up.

"processEventArgs(): control with id cnt2 not found".
