Shopping cart attachment issue

Hi Team,

     i am facing a strange issue regarding shopping cart attachment. on creation of the SC, the user attaches an excel file(notes and attachment section) and orders . The approval request mail is sent to the approver but the excel attachment is converted to pdf.

Can anyone please let me know where this conversion set up is maintained.

Hi Experts,

     The files attached are correct when checked on the portal SC , however in the email the xlsx attachment are converted to pdf.

Can anyone please share any information regarding the SC attachments !!!

Please make screenshot to show this, and can you open this pdf document without error?
