Dear all,

I would like to have print outs of RD00 and LD00 in PDF formats. I have Acrobat professional installed on my system. Can some one guide me the step wise procedure to get the SAP ouput in PDF format?

Also would like to know...how does one edit a PDF document using Acrobat Professional?

Guidance is requested. Thanks

1.Go to the relevant transaction of output (say PO output)

2.Use the relevant document number and issue output

3.Execute (Use the relevant logical destination for printer)

4.Click print preview (then the form appears on the screen)

5.Then using the SAP Menu - Give print command (do not check immediately print checkbox)

6.Once you print the system gives the spool number – You can see the spool number at the bottom in the status bar of the screen

7.Go to SE38 or SA38 transaction and use the program = RSTXPDFT4 and execute

8.Input the spool number and execute to download the pdf document on your desktop
