Sales order reference delivery to be made without qty confirmed in sales order.

Hi SAP Gurus,

I have an urgent requirement regarding configuration where items of sales order to be copied in delivery without confirmed qty. I know that changes in routines will resolve this issue. But is it possible through changes in configuration ? If yes then how and if not possible then which is the exact routine to do changes to get the desired result ?

This is not possible in the standard system. The standard code will check if there are confirmed schedule lines to deliver - if they are not confirmed, they are not considered relevant for delivery.

It simply does not make sense to deliver unconfirmed schedule lines (in any circumstances). You would be better to create a delivery without reference to an order in this scenario.

You are inviting trouble to yourself by trying something which is a weird requirement.  What is the client requirement that justifies this ?
