Multi User Access Request > Provisioning Issues > GRC 10.0

Hi Guys,

While trying to provision multiple users with Change Account option in GRC, all the users in the list dont get provisioned. Only the first user gets provisioned. We currently run on SP12.

Any ideas?

Dear Akanbi,

please provide some more information. Therefore please share the Audit Log and Provisioning Log. Also check SLG1 if you have any errors.

Do you have the MSMP debugging log activated so that more information can be provided?
