Hello ChaRM Experts
I have created ZMCR and did all customization in this ZMCR. Because of another retirement and workflow, I had created new TR type YMCR.
Now the issue is that I am not able see ZMCR in pop-up when I click on Create Request for Change. Its only showing YMCR and SMCR. Before YMCR created it was showing ZMCR and SMCR.
I added those transaction type in roles as well. But still ZMCR is not showing. Please let me know if you required any further details.
Please let me know what could be reason.
Thanks & Regards,
Nilkanth.
Hello,
I have seen this in past and this is because of SAP role assignment to user.
Hope this helps ...
Thanks

Hello,
add in your ZSAP_SOCM_REQUESTOR role the authorization object CRM_ORD_LP or maintain it for ZMCR if it is still assigned.

Hi
you need to have both values maintained in DN0_cust04 transaction.
Also make sure you have authorization for both transaction type.
Thanks
