Issue with Purc.Req

HI,

I am facing an issue in generating Purchase Requisition. Once I confirm the sales order I go to rrp3 and run the product heuristic. A Purch Req is getting generated. But it does not have a number and it is also not reflecting in document flow of Sales order. Kindly help me with this.

Iam unable to publish through above tcode.

Kindly tell what would be root cause for this.

Ran all consistencey checks, CCR,CQ and cleared all queues, still PR number not flowing to ECC.

Hello Sudhakar,

Please check post processing record in /SAPAPO/CPP. Also check application log SLG1 and  Heuristic  Planning run log.

Also check CIFqueues CFPO*

What the planning strategy are you using?

Please check global setting for periodic or immediate transfer.

Hello

Planning without final assembly only works for an in-house production. Planning without final assembly is not possible for stock transfers. However, planning without final assembly is possible in R/3, even with stock transfers.

It would applicable for demand which come through from planned independent requirements.

Wont applicable for Sale orders demand. Same case working in Qulaity system..we are testing same in development system, PR generating but number in missing.

Hello,

PR in APO is assigned to the temporary account assignment segment instead of to the "correct" make-to-order segment. Please check the same.

I think Rupesh already explained but will try to elaborate.

Every order generated by APO has a temporary number assigned until the order makes it to ECC and ECC assigns a new number per the number range assignment for that order type in ECC.

In the same lines, APO needs to have a temporary number range assignment in SPRO ( link showed by Rupesh). If this is not maintained, you may have a blank order number. When it is CIFed to ECC then you can see the number in MD04.

Then compare the quality and development system and find out the difference.

I have maintained distribution entries as external procurement, now i'm able to generate the PR number within apo, but not possible from ECC. while using /sapapo/ccp tcode getting the below error message for that sale order. Kindly provide your inputs on this error.

Hello,

Go to VA02 enter the sales order number and check the requirement date.

I your case I guess it is very far away in future beyond year 2037.

Correct the date and check the same.

If the solution provided by Rupesh does not work, run the report /sapapo/sdrqcr21. Be sure you run the report with the option 'check SD order tables'.
