instaling (basis) effort for gateway 7.40

Hello,

what is the effort in MD to install one instance of gateway 7.40 ?

Also i guess to have estimation for 3 instances i have to multiply * 3

Hi Lucas,

if your systems are running on top of SAP NW 7.40 there is nothing to install.

You simply have to activate SAP Gateway and to have to perform some basic configuratoin steps as I have described in the following white paper.

For a hub based approach you would have to configure the ERP backend systems of a system landscape as backend systems for the 3-system landscape that you will set up for the SAP Gateway Hub systems.
