unable to open rfc connection

Hi, everybody.

i was installing sap ides 4.7 on windows 2003server and on MS SQL Server

> after 14 hours of installation i recieved error as below would anybody

The solution for this is that you need to stop the install then log ito SAP with the User SAP* with password - "06071992" then change the DDIC password to whatever you want.

Once done restart the install and continue to the stage where you need to install the DDIC password, enter the changed password and the installation will continue without errors.

Now my next problem is I want to connect r/3 to bw

r/3 side : host name :erp, database : oracle, database name : erp

bw side : host name : biw , database : sqlserver, database name : biw

i can connect from r/3 to bw with remote login but unable to connect from bw to r/3 via remote login,

if u need any clarification from me, then i will pass to you.

pls help me in this regard,
