CSOL /TMWFLOW/CMSCONF no clients appear for some systems

Hi

I have just activated CSOL and Downgrade Protection in Solution Manager (7.1 SP12) and am now going into transaction /TMWFLOW/TMSCONF to activate CSOL for Development clients.

The problem is that some systems show clients, and some do not. Our TM and EW systems do chose clients, but our R3 systems don't (see below pic).

Any reason this is happening?

Hi,

might be related to Client Dependant Transports.

Could you check wether or not the CTC Option in the Transport Configuration for your systems are equal?

Hi Peter

Yes, CTC option is the same for all the systems (CTC = 1).

So don't think that's the issue.

Resolved.

The issue was user SM_PSM didn't have the appropriate authorization in ECC.

I provided SAP_S_RFCACL but for some reason this still didn't resolve the issue. I provided SAP_ALL profile and this worked.
