Visual studio add-on installation error

Hi,

I am getting an error that, Installer could not locate the Visual studio Project Template folder.
, when I try to install the Productivity accelerator for Visual studio.

I am on Visual studio 2013 (.Net Framework 4.5). I could try un-installing Visual studio and installing again as a last resort.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Pradeep,

can you provide more information? What error are you getting? I guess you are installing SAP Gateway for Microsoft VIsual Studio add-in. Which version? The Developer Trial or the "real" version?

Which specific version of VS2013 are you installing? Community Edition?

Please make sure that you have installed the following pre-requisites:

1)                  Download and Install Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime

2)                  Install OfficeToolsForVS2013Update

Hi,

which version of SAP Gateway for Microsoft are you trying to install? Please try with the latest Service Pack (SP03 Patch 2). From the screenshot I can see that you are using a quite early version which might not yet have supported VS 2013.

I followed your suggestion by downloading the latest version (SP03) and it worked like a charm!
