but relese error after post suppliment

Dear Concern,

i have post suplement budget using t code CJ36 in particular wbs in year 2015. Now please clarify me should irelease it using T code- CJ32

If yes what amount should be release, I mean supplimented budget or total budget.

If I try to release budget then following error message reflect.

Please help on priority.

Hi mohd

releasing budget depends on the configurations made. If you have set the availability to be done based on released budget, then you should release other than it is not required.

Have you done the total up and still you get this message. These messages shows the values are not distributed correctly.

Hi

What I see is that you have assigned 23297.97 but this amount is not released  yet. the same manner is done for overall budget. Also I think that you have activated the budget availability control against released amount.

try to release the required budget or deactivate the availability control against release.

When you have posted in CJ36, have you choosed overall values ?

Now you try to do cumulative and total up. Hope this should work
