Rectangle box

Hi Everyone,

I am new to adobe form how to achieve this functionality in adobe form (Rectangle box highlighted in Red Color ).

Please Help me to resolve the issue.

Hi Kiran,

As Varun already suggested you can use the table control with only a body row consisting of 2 columns.

Another option is to create 2 subforms, wrapped into a third flowed subform (western text) with the length of each subform equal to half of the page.

You can take a table with no header and single row with two columns.
