in-process Batch

Dear Expert,

we are now in Production system and we manage the manual batch, in the process order release the inspection lot create and when we confirmed the process order we put the external number for batch after confirmation the batch did not assign in the inspection lot 03, are there any procedure to assign the batch number automatic in inspection lot?

Hi Samir,

Please note that in-process inspection is not stock relevant and it is created in order to validate if production operation are working satisfactorily. So, normally you will get an inspection lot (insp type 03) for which you will need to link it with inspection point (Freely-defined inspection point with InspPt type = BLANK in config, Ex - 100, 150, etc) for result recording, and then link the inspection point with Batch.
