sap header panel not visible in bi launch pad portal 7.3

Hi Experts,

Can any one give me suggestions regarding this

when the users are opening the bi launch pad, the header panel is not visible to end users every time.

in portal, when they  do refresh, then they can see the sap header panel.

is there any way make it visible with out doing refresh

the users are going to do refresh here every time when they are going to bi launch pad

and then this header panel is visible

all the endusers use the same browser

1. On IE9 have you set the "Compatibility view settings"

2. Clear the history and then try again

Please understand the issue.

when the users are opening the BI launchpad, They are not able to see the sap header panel

But when  they are doing in refresh in portal it self they are able to view it

is it seems like a browser comparability issue ?

in compatibility view settings, Display all websites in compatibility view was ticked(Enabled)

Hi Rajesh

Could you try this options

1. To open the IE Developer Tools press F12
2. On left side change to the options "Emulation"
3. Change the "Documents modus" to 5
4. Change the "Browser Agent" to "Internet Explorer 7"

and then try the BI page
