Problems with Database connect after Systemcopy

Hello,

we've made a systemcopy to a new installed SAP ABAP-System NW7.0 EHP2 with 720_EXT NUC-Kernel . The Oracle 11.2.0.4.0 Database started without any Errors . But I cannot start the SAP-System:  Error: 

startsap all

Checking E31 Database

Database is not available via R3Trans

---------------------------------------------------

Database E31 must be started first

Log on to remote Server and start database

We've also checked the trans.log  and found the following error:

I also checked the SAP-Note: 400241 - Problem with ops$- or sapr3-connect to Oracle

without any success!!!

So what could be be the Problem?  Anyone who can help us or has solution to fixe the database connect problem?

Thank's for help. We've start the systemcopy again and sytem starts without Problems. Might be an error in the systemcopy??

Hi Mathias,

Run R3trans -d and paste the trans.log file.

If your Database is running on a different host then you need to setup SAPDBHOST variable on the SAP application side.
