Usage of standard event

Hi,

We are currently using all custom events but as of now when we are pressing on shipped on board status always event departure is getting reported.Can you advice how do we stop the triggering of such std events when we are currently using only custom events

And also check your settings in SAP TM at the following SPRO path:

SAP TM -> TM -> Integration -> Tracking & Tracing  of processes and documents -> define transportation activities for tracking & tracing

Dipak,

Can you please send a screenshot of your screen where you are reporting the "Shipped on board" status ? Both before and after screens should be good. I guess the std. event "departure" must be showing up as an unexpected event.

Also, please check your event types extractor for your AOT. Have you changed that to send custom events and not standard events ?
