Hi All,
I am moving Content server 6.40 (32bit) to Content sever 6.50 (64bit). I have successfully called the Content Server URL and had returned a web page with status running, however, all I get with the Cache server is a blank webpage. Please advise as to what might be wrong. Possibly IIS roles???

4) Install Microsoft runtime library MSVCR71.DLL
5) Local system firewall should be switched off.
Extra information: If I open IIS and got to SAP_Cache_Server -> Cache, select basic settings and then click on Test settings, I get the following authorization warning message
"The server is configured to use pass-through authentication with a built-in account to access the specified physical path. However, IIS Manager cannot verify whether the built-in account has access. Make sure that the application pool identity has Read access to the physical path. If this server is joined to a domain, and the application pool identity is NetworkService or LocalSystem, verify that <domain>\<computer_name>$ has Read access to the physical path. Then test these settings again."
The feature permissions are Read, Script, Execute.
