Fetch Component Details for Incident

Hi Experts,

I am trying to find out the table where i can find Incident Number along with IBase Component number for which an Incident was raised.

Could you please let me know which table provides this relation between Incident Number and IBase component number for which an Incident was raised.

Hi Rakesh,

I am afraid Solution Manager does not have a table which links the IBase entities to an Incident Number.

In oder to do this I would recommand to create an ABAP program with a BOL query, more details can be found in transaction GENIL_MODEL_BROWSER and GENIL_BOL_BROWSER. Use Component set BT. In here you can see the relationships between incident document and their attributes.
